Somehow it is hard to believe that I am now more than halfway through the pregnancy! It seems like just yesterday we found out (on Mark’s birthday, nonetheless!) and now here we are, I am starting to get a proper bump and Little Doodle, at 22 weeks, now weighs a whole pound!

I’m Nicky. I am part wife, part photographer, part gaming enthusiast, part armchair politician, and all jedi. I met my British husband, Mark, in World of Warcraft and haven’t looked back since. We met in 2006, married in October 2007, and I moved from Cincinnati, Ohio to Brighton, UK in 2008 to be with him.
Mark, simply put, is the cheese to my macaroni… the Mulder to my Scully… the Chewbacca to my Hans Solo… the Dr. Venkman to my Dana Barrett. We are literally best friends as well as husband and wife.
